Yes, we love creating bespoke arrangements! Please contact us via our custom order form with your specific color palette or floral preferences, and we will work with you to bring your vision to life.
What is the typical shipping time for an order?
Since each flower is meticulously handcrafted, processing times range from 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Are your paper flowers eco-friendly?
We prioritize sustainability by using high-quality, FSC-certified crepe and cardstock papers. Our packaging is also designed to be recyclable whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your bouquet. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
How are the flowers packaged for shipping?
We use specialized reinforced boxes and protective tissue to ensure your flowers do not shift or crush during transit. Each order includes a care card to help you unpack them safely.
